A: If you've purchased a Bambu Lab printer from our official web store, your account will automatically qualify for a complimentary 6-month membership. You can begin benefiting from discounts right after you purchase a printer. Alternatively, you can purchase a membership plan to join or extend your membership.
Q: How much does the membership plan cost and how does it work?
A: Accounts with printer purchases have a 6-month membership for free. Additionally, one month (30 days) plan is $22.99. Three months (90 days) plan is $53.99. Six months (180 days) plan is $91.99. Please note the membership is not auto-renewal.
Q: Where can I see my membership expiration?
A: You can validate your membership in your account center.
Q: I've purchased multiple printers before. Can I have more than a 6-month free membership?
A: The duration of the free 6-month membership is determined by your most recent purchase of a Bambu Lab printer. For instance, if your latest printer order is completed today, your membership will be valid for a full 6 months starting from today. If you place another order tomorrow, your membership will be refreshed, and you will have the updated 6 months starting from tomorrow. Please note that refreshing your membership will not impact or reset the remaining discount allowance for the current month.
Q: What happens if I purchase a plan when I already have a free 6-month membership?
A: Your current membership will be extended automatically if you buy a new plan before the current one expires. The free membership will be utilized first until its expiration, and then the purchased plan will take effect. Please note that extending the membership will not affect or reset the monthly discount allowance.
Q: Can I purchase physical products with the membership plan in the same cart?
A: The membership plan needs to be purchased separately from other physical products. Please refrain from adding the plan to the same shopping cart as other items during checkout. Combining them in one cart may result in the cancellation of your order.
Q: Can I cancel the purchase of the membership plan?
A: The purchase of the membership plan is NON-refundable unless the applicant is deemed to not meet the standards of membership. Memberships may not be re-sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.
Q: What is excluded from membership discounts?
A: Sales tax, and shipping fees on your membership-saving filament orders.
Q: I don't see my membership even though I purchased a Bambu Lab 3D printer.
A: If you purchased the printer from a third-party reseller, we are unable to validate your account for the membership. If you purchased the printer on our web store and didn't see your membership, please contact our Customer Support team with your account email.
Q: Are there any discount limitations for this filament membership?
A: Yes, there is a maximum discount allowance - up to 8 rolls of discounted Bambu filaments per month for the membership. The allowance is refreshed on the 1st day of each month.
Q: Is the unused allowance transferable to the following month?
A: Unfortunately, the unused allowance does not carry over to the next month. The allowance is refreshed on the 1st day of each month..
Q: Is the discount allowance refundable in the event of filament returns or order cancellations?
A: Unfortunately no, the discount allowance is not refundable.
