When can I receive the Kickstarter Backer Filaments Bundle code at $1.99?
Please note that this code will be assigned via E-mail which you left in the Kickstarter campaign. The email will be sent out in order of Backer numbers as listed below:
Backer ID 1-500, code will be issued on June 26th and valid till July 11th
Backer ID 501-1000, code will be issued on July 4th and valid till July 19th

Important Returns Information
1. If you decide to cancel an order, the coupon code will be voided and it can not be re-issued.
2. The cost of returning the order will be supported by the customer and will be subtracted from the refund amount.
3. If you order products in the same order with the filament promo code, and want to do a partial return, it will not be possible. All products from the order need to be returned together.
4. If you have ordered a 3D printer or AMS and there is a discount offered in the 14 days of receiving the product, we can help you with a price match.
A discount code will be offered that will cover the cost difference between the purchase price and the new price of the product.
