Thank you for your interest in Bambu Lab and in the various hardware, firmware, software, websites, applications, and services (each, a “Product” or “Service” and, collectively, the “Bambu Lab Products and Services”) provided by us.

The protection of your privacy is of great importance to us. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we process your personal data in the course of providing Bambu Lab Products and Services to you. Shanghai Lunkuo Technology Co., Ltd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Tuozhu Technology Co., Ltd.) is the data controller of your personal data, and your data may be processed by our affiliated companies (see here) (hereinafter collectively referred to as Bambu Lab”, “we”, or “us”). We have appointed Bambulab GmbH to act as our EU Representative pursuant to Article 27 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"). If you wish to exercise your rights under the GDPR, or have any queries in relation to your rights or general privacy matters, please send such information in the format of an email to our Representative at privacy@bambulab.com. Please ensure to include “Bambulab GmbH” in any correspondence you send to our Representative.

This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms of Use for the Bambu Lab Products and Services you use. Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use Bambu Lab Products and Services. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes and Updates to this Policy). Your continued use of Bambu Lab Products and Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Information We Collect

Personal information or personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e., you. Examples of personal data include your name, email address, credit card number, and shipping address. We may collect information about you directly from you or third parties through your use of the Bambu Lab Products and Services.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use information we collect through Bambu Lab Products and Services in a variety of ways in providing the Bambu Lab Products and Services and operating our business. The use of information that we collect includes the following:

• To operate and provide features of the Bambu Lab Products and Services, to verify and manage Bambu Lab user accounts, to provide services and information that you request, and to process and deliver entries and rewards in connection with promotions that may be offered from time to time by Bambu Lab. We will process your personal data in accordance with this Policy, which are expressed via Bambu Lab Products and Services, including the Bambu Handy and Bambu Studio.

• To understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences, to improve the Bambu Lab Products and Services, and to develop new products, services, features, and functionality.

• To contact you for administrative and informational purposes, including for customer support service. We may send direct marketing such as communications, including updates on promotions and events, relating to products and services offered by us and by third parties we work with. If you are an individual or consumer we will only send you direct marketing with your consent or as permitted by applicable law. • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues that could harm our users, us, or the public.

• To troubleshoot issues, make corrections and upgrade, and improve the performance of Bambu Lab Products and Services.

• To comply with applicable laws or to safeguard and defend legal rights of Bambu Lab.

When We Disclose Information

WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH

We do not sell any personal information to third parties.

We may disclose your personal information on occasion to third parties (as described below) in order to provide the products or services that you have requested. In that case, we will obtain your consent in advance.

Bambu Lab will only share your personal information in accordance with your consent or based on another applicable legal basis. You should know that when Bambu Lab shares your personal information with a Third Party Service Provider (as defined below) under any circumstance described in this section, Bambu Lab will contractually specify that the third party is subject to practices and obligations to comply with applicable local data protection laws.

WE MAY SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH OUR GROUP AND THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

From time to time, in order to conduct business operations smoothly in providing you with the full capabilities of our products and services, we may disclose your personal information to other Bambu Lab affiliated companies (see here) in communications, social media, technology or customer support service, or our third party service providers which are our delivery service providers, telecommunications companies, data storage facilities, customer service providers, advertising, marketing service providers and marketing and statistics tools (Mailchimp) agents acting on behalf of Bambu Lab (together “Third Party Service Providers”). Such Third Party Service Providers would be processing your personal information on Bambu Lab’s behalf or for one or more of the purposes listed above.

OTHER CONDITIONS AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW

Bambu Lab may disclose your personal information without further consent when permitted or required by applicable law, rule, or regulation.

Your Rights and Choices Regarding Collected Information

You may update, correct, or delete certain Bambu Lab account information and preferences by accessing your account preferences page, available through certain Bambu Lab Products and Services, including the BambuLab.com websites and various mobile applications. If you receive commercial email or text messages from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email or text message. You may also opt out from receiving commercial emails or text messages from us or object to be profiled by sending your request to us by email at support@service.bambulab.com.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may also have the right to request access to additional information, including the right: to request access to and receive certain information we maintain about you (Art. 15 GDPR); to update or rectify inaccuracies in the information we maintain about you (Art. 16 GDPR); to receive a copy of the information which you provided for its transmission to another company(Art. 20 GDPR); to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation,at any time to processing of certain information concerning you(Art. 21 GDPR); and to have the information blocked, deleted, or erased, as appropriate(Art. 17 GDPR). When we process personal data on the basis of your consent, you can also withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we will apply your preferences going forward, and this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before you withdraw your consent.

Note, however, that if you exercise your right to object or your rights of blocking, deletion or to be “forgotten” or if you decline to share certain information with us, or if you withdraw your consent to our processing of information about you, we may not be able to provide to you some, or any, of the features and functionality of Bambu Lab Products and Services.

Please note that cancelation of the Bambu Lab account will prevent you from using the full range of Bambu Lab Products or Services. To protect your or others' legitimate rights and interests, we will judge whether or not to support your request for cancellation based on your use of Bambu Lab Products or Services. However, you can open a new account at any time.

Please note that while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases within a reasonable period of time, we may retain all information you submit, as authorized under applicable law, for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so. In addition, if certain information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties’ policies. If you wish to exercise any rights you have under applicable data protection law, including the right to access, amend or delete any information we hold about you, you may contact us at privacy@bambulab.com.

Third-Party Services

Bambu Lab Products and Services may contain features or links to websites and services provided by third parties. Any information you choose to provide on third-party sites or services, or any information otherwise collected by such third-party sites or services is collected directly by the operators of such services and is subject to those operators’ policies, if any, governing privacy and security, even if accessed through Bambu Lab Products and Services.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party sites or services to which links or access are provided through Bambu Lab Products and Services. If you opt in to use such third-party services, please be sure to check the Privacy Policies of these sites as well as their “Terms of Use” before engaging in any business or uploading any information.

Children’s Privacy

Bambu Lab Products and Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personally identifiable information on or through Bambu Lab Products and Services. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on our Services or through any of its features, register with our Application(s), use any of the interactive features with the Service, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personally identifiable information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Data Security

We use certain physical, organizational, and technical safeguards that are designed to improve the integrity and security of information that we collect and maintain. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and thus we cannot and do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, viewed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or organizational safeguards.

International Transfers of Personal Data

Your information collected by Bambu Lab may be transferred to and accessed by Bambu Lab entities and business partners as processor of Bambu Lab globally to provide Bambu Lab Products and Services to you. If you choose to use Bambu Lab Products and Services from the European Economic Area (EEA), we take appropriate steps to provide the same level of protection for the processing carried out in any such countries as you would have within the EEA to the extent feasible under applicable law and we may transfer your personal data outside of EEA for storage and processing. You should be aware that the local laws in non-EEA countries may provide less protection than the laws applicable in the EEA. We nonetheless provide the same level of protection as specified in this Policy, regardless of the location of processing. For international transfer of data collected in the EEA, we require data recipients to enter into the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Retention of Your Information

We retain your information to provide service to you, or as required by applicable laws or regulations. We aim to retain your information only for the period necessary to fulfil our obligations under this Policy, unless otherwise required or permitted by law. We will carefully assess the need to collect data, the type of data collected, relevant legal framework, and the statute of limitations when determining the retention period.

Changes and Updates to this Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account or through a notice on the website home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You may contact us to have your information blocked, deleted or erased, or to opt out from profiling where your prior usage of Bambu Lab Products and Services is processed to provide you with customized or personalized products, services or advertisements, or to obtain copies of certain of your information in a portable format. For your request to obtain copies of certain of your information, we will take appropriate measures to provide any information collected from you in writing, or by other means, including, where appropriate, by electronic means.
